What is a floating sound bath?

A sound bath is a deeply restful session in which you simply lie back while soothing instruments are played around you. There is nothing to do and nothing to get right.

We bring it onto the water. Each guest rests on their own floating bed in a pool, lake or pond, eyes closed, while the gentle movement of the water and the layered sound invite the mind to quieten.

  • Weightless restSupported by the water, the body softens in a way that is hard to find on land.
  • Live, layered soundSinging bowls and chimes are played live, so tone and vibration move around you.
  • A setting to slow downHotel pools under old trees, candlelit evenings and hilltop views, chosen with care.

How a session unfolds

From the moment you arrive to the last sip of juice, the whole experience is paced to help you slow down.

  1. Arrive

Check in and enjoy an infused welcome drink while everything is prepared for you.

  2. Settle

  3. The sound journey

Singing bowls and chimes are played live around the water, layering tone and vibration as you drift.

  4. Return

The sound fades slowly. Take your time to come back, stretch and rise when you are ready.

  5. Nourish
